What are your favourite snacks when you want a quick fix and generally just raid the kitchen?! This sounds rrrrank but it's well nice... crusty bread (although toast will do), slab of brussels pate, some sharp tasting jam and lettuce, maybe a few cherry tomatoes if they're lying about...
