New album's been rumored for years... looks like it's finally coming to fruition! Hopefully we get something a little more dynamic than FWX.

I'll reserve final judgment until I've had a chance to hear the actual CD, but Super Collider is really getting slammed by everyone, and the clips sound pretty blah. I was hoping that Dave would come up with something better than the lousy Thirteen album... oh well.

Surprisingly, I'm digging the Geoff Tate Queensryche song more than the Todd Le Torre Queensryche song. Although neither are particularly remarkable. We'll see how the albums turn out.

I was about to buy my tickets for the upcoming show, and I see that they're offering a "VIP ticket" option, with a pre-show meet & greet. I'm curious if others have bought the VIP tickets, and if it was worthwhile? It's an extra $40 per ticket, and no mention of that including a t-shirt or...
