such a terrific band, i put 3 or three albums on the other day for the first time in a while and i couldn't hear a bad song amongst them. i swear pinball wizard has to be one of the most amazing intro's to a rock song ever.

does anyone else think he is just amazing?? something about that guys voice just connects, whether it be the genesis or solo stuff, i just think his got one of the best voices for contemporary music i have ever heard.

i gotta say i dont mind these guys at all!! took me a while but theyve definetly grown on me! apparently they put on a kick ass live show as well!

Only Australian opeth fans will have heard of Australian music legend Billy Thorpe but he was one of the most prolific hard rock players in the Australian scene. Awesome guitar sound which everyone from AC/DC to Slash tried to emulate. A legend of the "Pub Rock" scene here. RIP mate
