What´s your opinion on Dream Theater´s latest album, The Astonishing?

Have you heard the new Nevermore recording yet? If you have, post some comments about it. And please, no "It´s great", "Wow! Awesome!" and such... I missed the preview on Warrel´s MySpace and would like to hear something informative about it.

Here´s a thought: since Nevermore is recording acoustic stuff for the next album, how about if on the tour they´d play 2-3 acoustic songs on the show? You know, just to bring things down a bit and then hit the crowd harder than before on the last third of the show. "Chances three" is a song...

I didn`t know that Jeff played a guest solo on Tim "Ripper" Owens` new album "Play My Game" (the song is "The Cover Up"). Checked it out. Verdict: Jeff`s blasting but the song...meh.
