That explains it!. I cut at 45-60hz range, higher then that the thickness of the guitars go away. Better to use multibandsidechaincompressor or automate a eq that dips the palmmute frequences.

Thanks einander, yeah i agree, it's clipped like crazy. I just "liked the sound". I will cut down the presence for the kick for sure, and lower the mastering. it's a bit too loud, that makes it clip/compress a bit too much. Alltho i like it sometimes, Haha!

Try use O-zone De-clipper if you have it. That might do the trick, or else we are fucked. Seems like that's the way the guitars "sound", just checked the project again. Not clipping inside the daw obviously, :/
