The Final Chapter was my first Hypocrisy album. From the opening of Inseminated Adoption I was pulled in and haven't looked back.

I was at the Dallas show as well, and was there mainly for Hypocrisy and Nevermore, who both absolutely kicked ass! I gotta say, the new song, Eraser, is fucking great!

Yeah, this was a problem at the Austin show, too. All the other bands got like 10-15 min at the most to set up (SYL had keyboard problems and took about 20 or so), but Nile took like 40 min or so--seriously. The sound engineer at the back was a complete moron, and the drum tech pretty much...

My brother, my cousin and I traveled from central Arkansas to Austin, TX just to see SYL for the show on the 18th (well, I wanted to see Nile too), and it was worth every mile, no matter how short the show was! I got to meet Devin and have him sign my ticket, as well as seeing a kickass show...

Very interesting! Never tried any psychedelics (or any drug, unless alcohol counts), but the whole "unlocking the secrets of your mind" thing makes it mighty tempting.

I'm not sure if it ever says in Lords of Chaos when he gets out. Is it a life sentence? I'm pretty sure that if he's not in for life, he's in for a very long time.

My personal opinion is like many of the others here: I like the album, but it's not my favorite. Yeah, a couple of the riffs do sound Slipknotty to these ears, but that's OK, I kinda like Slipknot. My favorite Hypocrisy album is probably the s/t, and I like Into the Abyss alot. That album...
