I finally got this and am hugely disappointed. Even trying to listen to it without comparing it to their past works, and letting it stand on its own, it's just a bad modern thrash album with a terrible production.
According to Suicidal Tendencies Facebook page, No Mercy's Widespread Bloodshed is being released on the 28th of Oct. on cd, lp, and pic disc vinyl. More news to come.

I had their "what does it take" cassette, not sure what happened to it. I'd love to hear that again. Another cool Canadian punk/hardcore album is "Burn!" by a band called Hype. I still have that cassette. Both were on the Fringe label I think. Not sure if either were ever pressed on cd.

Minor gripe: The vocals are mixed a bit too high.
Speaking of epic doom, have you heard Procession? Their Destroyers of the Faith album is one of my favorites of the genre.
