I'd love a cover of "New Dawn Fades", originally from Joy Division. Just listen to the live version they did on the "Still"-compilation. This song has incredible potential and what better band than Katatonia to fullfill that potential? Musically and lyrically it suits the Discouraged Ones era...

I think Tool are great musicians who can write good songs. Their best album is Aenima, Lateralus hasn't got enough melody and seems to lack the depressed atmosphere of the previous albums. Maynard James Keenan is a wonderful singer, but he has done his best work with A Perfect Circle.

Personally I have mixed feelings about Morbid Angel these days. Musically and productionwise they are better than they ever were, I just miss that edge that David Vincent seemed to give them. His lyrics were on the limit here and there but always coherent and emotional. I dunno, I seem to miss...

Domination is my favorite album. It got me into Morbid Angel. Well, the video of Where The Slime Live got me to buy Domination in the first place. F*ckin great video with David Vincent at his evil best. A DVD would kick ass, especially if they include all the promotional videos. Cool!

The first Dune by Frank Herbert is great, the follow-ups aren't as well done.
