The building's lease came up and they didn't have the money (don't know how that's possible) to renew it. Kinda sucks for the OC since the HOB doesn't have metal anymore. Guess it's back to living on the Sunset Strip like old school metalheads lol

Agreed, but Matt's voice on Horror Show were the best vocals on a Iced Earth album. His voice is a million times better live too.

I have it, and I have to say it's pretty typical Iced Earth. Nothing really special, but it's Iced Earth so it's grand! Would definately sound better live, like most of their stuff. The actual album isn't out yet, but it's supposed to be a continuation of the "Something Wicked" storyline...

Interesting, personally I don't like guitars that don't look like guitars but I like the shape of this. I'd never even consider playing it though, it looks way too uncomfortable.

That's a really great setlist. Rush is one of the few bands that really knows how to incorporate songs from all of their albums into shows. I'd love to hear The Trees, and some of 2112.

Same here, only probably was since everyone knows how to play it they all put their own spin on the song, which makes it difficult to think of something new. :lol: But challenges are good. My band usually incorporates Transylvannia in our sets somehow.
