Thanks for the explanation, Gregg. Figured as much. Like I said, though, a very, VERY minor detail. Not even an issue to be honest, just something I noticed. Oh, and if you haven't noticed, I really dig the album. :)

I think I didn't explain it well. :) On the CD there is a gap between songs 8 and 9, but it sounds to me as if the gap should not be there. I wonder if it was supposed to seamless and the label goofed, or maybe I am just crazy (very likely scenario). Either way, it's a REALLY minor thing...

I have a question for any of the Suspyre members, if they wouldn't mind... Tracks 7, 8, and 9, where they supposed to run altogether, almost like 1 track? I have the physical copy and from the sounds at the end of 7 and the beginning of 8, and the same for 8 and 9, are quite similar. However...

New album is on Spotify if anybody uses it. Listened to it all last night and was greatly impressed. Very well done. Can't wait to get the physical copy so I can crank it up in my car.

I tend to agree with you, Clay, in that I have a hard time remembering specifics. There don't seem to be as many "HOLY CRAP, DID I JUST HEAR WHAT I THINK I HEARD!!!!" moments, but I think overall it's A LOT more consistent. On previous albums there are both good and bad songs, somewhat evenly...

Totally digging the new album (except for Far from Heaven - that should have been cut, IMHO). Very smooth and cohesive. They don't sound like a progressive metal band trying to be too metal. They sound like a progressive metal band trying to be a progressive metal band. In other words, they...
