I've never tried the tortex ones. I use the Jazz III's but maybe i'll have to try those jazz III purple ones some people have mentioned. I'm just used to the smaller picks now. I tried to use the larger tortex ones as the guitarist in my band uses them, but it didn't feel right as i've been...

I didn't like it at all. It all went downhill after the first one. I mean, the 2nd was ok, but no way as good as the first. As for the 3rd, well yeah, i didn't enjoy it in any respect.

^ As above! Midi programmed drums are so easy these days. And the results will most likely exceed what you will get from recording through a PA.

Check out the jazz-fusion band "Counterworld Experience". They've got 2 instrumental albums out now. Both amazing - in a compositional & production sense.
