Hi, I'm trying to record DI guitar for an E.P., and I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong. I'm going into a Behringer Ultra-DI direct box and into a Tascam US-144MKII Audio Interface. I'm using guitar rig for my patches, and I'm getting a weird tone. It sounds thin and lacks the roundness that I want for leads. I also hear a very sharp attack that sounds a bit like pick noise when I apply a patch, but I don't hear it much if at all in the DI signal. Is there anything I should be doing that I'm not?
