folk metal

I need folk rock/metal with a heavy emphasis on the folk. Anything with a russian influence perhaps?

I know of Korpiklaani and Finntroll any others?

Check out Tverd if you like Pagan Reign. Also, Scald (while not strictly folk) are Russan; so maybe you'll find something you like there.

I'll also recommend Myrkgrav and Nokturnal Mortum since I've been listening to them like crazy lately.

I recently just saw Tyr / Korpiklaani live on thier current tour. Amazing show! Though a growing fan of folk metal, it is typically not my favorite genre. However, I would strongly recommend Tyr...they have surely become one of my favorite bands.
