I scored a 30. I would have scored higher had I actually checked out some on that list that I do want to hear (Trap Them, Blood Ceremony, Wormrot, new Nightwish, new The Devil's Blood, new Hammers of Misfortune, new Evile, new Amebix, etc).
Also, is the new Machine Head really that good? I mean, The Blackening was pretty decent, and I heard the song The Locust and said "yeah this is all right," but this album is topping year-end lists for many mainstream metal outlets...is it reallly THAT good? I mean, better than some underground shit like the new Taake or something?

Heard quite a few of these, and was majorly disappointed by the majority. Opeth's album was my personal stand out here.
