My Mix... Need help for improvement

Hey Guys

I record my own Band in about 1 Month and i'm not pleased with my sound... Can anyone give me tips for better Mixing & Mastering? I try to improve it since three weeks but my mix is starting to annoying me uke:

There is a huge hole in the mix in the low mid. The drums also sound a bit weak for the genre, especially the snare. I would start by using a more aggressive snare and some parallel compression on the drums. The synth part is pretty cool
