I would youtube 'NI Massive' noise sweep. There are a number of variations of this sound

exactly, it just sounds like a white noise sweep and there's multiple ways to make those and some variants might sound a little better than that to be honest.

I know how to make a sweep in massive but this noise sweep have an amazing sound effect on 1.5 second. I think its a phaser effect but idk how to make this.

try to add a random equalizer with max db boost,start it from 1khz and move it slowly to 16khz the do that again from right to left!
then add another eq AFTER the first and add hp/lp filters. hp:500 lp:2000
i make similar effect with this just with automation! i hope i help you!
