What's the release date for Tales From the Thousand Lakes?

I'm asking because I found two different dates on internet and this year is the twenty years anniversary.

July 12 was the official date according to NB (Relapse only lists the reissue, but NB already was their European distributor in 1994 so they should know ). In Brazil it was probably a bit later; even within Europe exact release dates still differ from one region to the next.
