That was literally the first thought that came to mind watching, and more importantly hearing, Myrath‘s brand new video for “Believer,” taken from their forthcoming album Legacy.
Myrath have taken themselves up ten notches and some. They seem to have attended the university of Kamelot and emerged as a band that is on a whole new level, both visually and musically. Read More

Many of you have probably read of the recent passing of Scott Weiland (ex-Stone Temple Pilots singer).

The Kamelot fellas have done it again. We’re loving the new Kamelot song Insomnia, taken from their upcoming release Haven.
Leviathan – Scar Sighted
Profound Lore Records, March 2015
When it comes to one man black metal acts of note, few have touched the cult following garnered by Wrest’s musical monstrosity, Leviathan. Be it his sleuth of lo-fi black metal demo’s or his strictly dark ambient work in Silhouette In Splinters, Wrest has poured forth terrifying soundscapes that have always effectively reflected a strong sense of sincerity. When this sincerity is pondered in context to the material, it is all that more frightening.
Here’s the brand new video from Eclipse for the song I Don’t Want To Say I’m Sorry, off their new album Armageddonize.
Eclipse are fast becoming the most talked about band in the Melodic Rock circle, and rightfully so. Their songs stick in your head for days on end and their new album Armageddonize has been hogging way too much time in my personal music rotation for the past month. You know you have something special when every song could be a single. It’s that good.
Kamelot have unveiled the details for their next album titled Haven.

Artwork is by Stefan Heilemann, with additional art/layout from Gustavo Sazes. Read More
The wait is over my friends. The video debut of Elan, the first single off of the upcoming Nightwish album Endless Forms Most Beautiful, has just been released. It’s the highly anticipated debut of, the one and only, Floor Jansen (After Forever, ReVamp). Floor stepped in on the last tour cycle for Nightwish, taking over the vocal reigns from Anette Olzon. Floor’s performance was met with both fan and critical acclaim, and needless to say…the rest is history.
Endless Forms Most Beautiful will be released on March 27 (EU), March 30th (UK) and March 31st for the rest of the world.
