During a few month subscription to Groove3 one of the videos I really enjoyed was Nick Gioia's "Mixing Rock" - it's an instructional video he did on mixing a rock/pop project. While it is a great primer for general mixing, he goes over many of the things that are more specific tho rock mixes. I think a one month subscription to Groove3 is a great investment as in that month you can watch any of their videos you might have an interest in. I'm a Sonar user so I watched all those videos, the ones on Kontakt, T-Racks, ..., even the one on Modern Country had some useful information (yes, I even watched that one).
