If you asked me a year ago, it would have been Sound of White Noise.
Right now, I can't say. Of all the albums I love, by both Joey and John, there have been problems where the albums sags for too long. SOWN and WCFYA had that problem, but they were very solid. PoT was brilliant, but there were fewer sags...
SPREADING THE DISEASE has to be it. That was THE Joey Belladonna album. His vocal work is hard to match on it, and the album was the right time for everything; Anthrax had discovered it's uniquie sound and style, and the album was able to take me, a guy who liked hair metal in 2001, to someone who can't even stand it as a joke. The vocals were a perfect fit.
But I still love "Sound of White Noise" and "We've Come for You All".
