There are several different kinds of powers, I have one for strictly post workout, then one for nighttime (PWO - 40 g, nighttime - 20 G, rest of the day = 120 - 140 G).

Having all this protein is actually cost effective, while you see people going to wendies at 11:00 and spending 5 bucks there, I have 4 months worth of nighttime food (one scoop of powder + drink) for a grand total of 30 bucks.
just so you know living off protien powders generally isn't a good idea, and i eat protien bars a while before workouts to get in some protien and also to give me some energy to burn since i don't like chugging energy drinks or any of that shit and getting a heart attack.
