Dave, you need to stop looking for an "approach" or a method". This will lead to no good. As much as you do not want to hear it, being your TRUE self and not some PUA is the only way to go. I am 100% myself all the time, no matter who I am around. I am not super good looking or even in the greatest shape in the world, but I was no longer a virgin by 17 and have had a fair share of women interested in ME, not someone I am pretending to be.
I have never purposely tried to get a girl to be interested, it just happens if they like who you are. I have never made sex or girls a priority, because honestly, in the grand scheme of things, it is not that important to me. If I meet someone cool, thats great, but desperately seeking female attention is ultimately a waste of time.
You really need to continue to focus on the things that really matter. You have a successful job and will soon be attending college. These are good things, and things to be proud of. Why not focus on that? Keep doing those things, be successful at them, and be happy. Chances are if you do that, you will meet someone, and you can build a meaningful relationship based on real feelings and not on being a PUA and getting laid.
