Just finished my Latin translations. Some passages from Cicero, Lucretius, Catullus and Caesar.

The Lucretius passage I found particularly beautiful...

...sic rerum summa novatur
semper, et inter se mortales mutua vivunt.
augescunt aliae gentes, aliae minuuntur,
inque brevi spatio mutantur saecla animantum
et quasi cursores vitai lampada tradunt

...thus the whole of things is always renewed,
and mortal men live among it through successive changes.
Some nations grow, others diminish,
and in a brief interval generations of living creatures are changed
and it is as if the runners of life are handing over the torches.
