Thoughts about the "newer Dark Tranquillity" debate
Fiction: is closer to the Gallery but not as angry..i miss the anger
Character: Sublime, dark, deep.

In short, I find the new DT has more refined melodies, more subtle...

11 Would you consider yourself an "elitist"? What do you think about the newer DT releases? Would you prefer them over older stuff?
It's not a matter of preference for me, even the older albums, I find that each addresses a certain mood differently.

12 Are you interested in DT as much as you were three years ago? If not, why is it so?
Art and artists are always a source of inspiration, thus interest in them can never fade...

Personally I favor Niklas Sundin, because he is a very talented artist in every sense, and has respect for art as art.

16 Would you prefer Michael over Anders Jivarp on drums?

Mikael's vocals are irreplacable

I like anger and rage, screams would be it.

Yes of course he/his voice has a huge influence on the music, structure, intensity, message. The music and vocals revolve around each other...
