I just talked to a guy who said he can't stand Venom, he's into mainstream Power Metal, Thrash and old Heavy Metal, like Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Mercyful Fate, Helloween, Megadeth, but can't stand Death or Black Metal vocals but had heard of Darkthrone, but I'm pretty sure he's not going anywhere near Dimmu Borgir, Dark Funeral, or Cannibal Corpse.
