Metallica was the first metal band I ever really liked, so that is one of the reasons why they hold a special place in my heart. I've been a fan for about 17 years now, which is not bad considering I'm only 23. I like it how they do not always play it safe and experiment with different styles. I love all Metallica's albums (even St Anger). I have been called "a fucked up Metallica fan" for telling someone that I like Load more than Master Of Puppets? It pisses me off that people judge me because I don't think that the be all and end all of the band lies within the first four albums. Everyone has different tastes and people are welcome to their opinions but when they try to tell me what I should and shouldn't like, that really pisses me off. If you don't like the band, fine! If you don't like any of their new stuff, that's fine too but do not try and tell me that I am wrong for liking it just because you don't!! (sorry, this rant is not aimed at you - just venting!!

I know a few people that went to the Fillmore shows (lucky bastards!) and, just to be picky, there were four shows not three (18th - 22nd of May 2003).
