I think the "Iron Maiden Fan Club" is a load of shit. It allowed members to buy tickets before they went on sale to the general public, to the point that there weren't a lot of tickets left by the time they actually went on sale, so it sold out within minutes. However, now there are tons of tickets on Ebay selling at 1000% markups from sellers who just happened to be able to grab tickets from all the North American dates. Looks like joining a fan club has made life much easier for scalpers.
