[At Dawn They Sleep]

ok so i guess this site doesn't have a slayer forum...what the hell... half of the bands on here exist because of slayer, and frankly slayer is better than all bands on here. but anyway my question is does anyone know what those creatures are on the "Hell Awaits" album by slayer? they kind of look like cows in the back, lol but i can't tell, anyone want to help me out on this one.
