Well in fact I do. My other 5 strings are older G&L L-5000s which only have a single pickup a volume and a treble cut control.
More and more I find that the L-2000 with the dual pickups and the broad controls, the L-2500 is the same just with a 5th string, is what I prefer to use and can cover anything with it. I most often run it using both pickups at once. On occasions I will one pickup alone such as Black Sabbath's Heaven and Hell I'll run the front pickup solo and Nightwish Dark Passion play I'll run the bridge pickup solo. Rush
The L-5000 can do a lot but nothing that uses a dual pickup sound.
Makes sense?
