What I am pointing to: If we laugh at him, it will not make him think or change by any chance, it will just make him get (more) angry at the world and all the prople who gang up on him.

Well, people like that deserve it. Honestly. If they are not smart enough to know they are being picked on cuz they act like a farking idiot...then they deserve all they get. Sorry. But I have very little tolerance for an ass like that. If they get angry enough to want to hurt people, maybe after a year or two in jail they will grow up.
I know people like that, and I slam them as much as possible. I'm mean as can be. My words can cut way deeper than a knife. And I have no trouble insulting someone who needs it. Ask my ex from a long time ago, who I saw years after we broke up, and he had lost all his teeth, except one. (druggie) I kept calling him "Sweet Tooth" all night. He finally left cussing at me. Ahhh sweet sweet revenge! But, because I was so damn harsh..he called me and asked me why after all these years. I told him, he was still a jerkoff, still using and had no intention on growing up. This is the good part of the story. He got pulled over for drinking and driving like a week later. Spent a year in jail. When he came out, he got clean, got a job, got his teeth fixed and is finally growing up. He told me recently that he was drinking that night because he was so hurt by what I was calling and saying to him. Me being a bitch was a blessing in disguise.
