Yes you can, I bought Jaeger in that minisupermarket (for €7, win) and actually showed it to the woman who asked for my ticket and gave me my wristband.

Wacken only ever search you at most during the early/mid afternoon as you go through the gates to the main arena, and that's only to stop people bringing in bottles or weapons.

Hah, that reminds me of the time I thought (for lulz) of getting round that obstacle by making a trebuchet for BFMV, though they didn't play in the end.
