Me, after finishing up talking to my woman this morning, went out for a jog around the village and surrounding countryside at 4am, ruining my shoes in the damp mist. It was worth it.

Ermmmm, I got a tattoo yesterday? It doesn't really count as spontaneous as I'd been drawing it up and planning it for ages. But I didn't intend on getting it yesterday, I was just in town, saw the new Tattoo parlour was open and went and got it

I'm going on my old man's (well, he chipped in among a dozen other individuals) yacht on Saturday and crashing overnight on it. I think the spontaneity is nullified by the fact there's a degree of planning involved and the option to opt out but either way it'll be fun and will most likely include a pub lunch in somewhere like Cowes.

Today I went to Franky & Benny's instead of just grabbing a sandwich while I was out, because I'd never bothered my arse to check it out before and thought I'd treat a friend I was with. It was pretty nice, but my expression soured so much upon observing the prices of their draught beers that my mug has completely collapsed in on itself.

Eating food isn't very spontaneous, though. Will report back when I think of something that isn't too personal.
