Need help looking for a program:
To get a clue what I'm talking about, here's something I've done:

map of metal

That was created with Microsoft Access by creating a database for each band.

My question is: are there any programs out there that does the same thing or better?

Probably similar Database Apps. MySQL is one which should have a similar feature and it's free.

If you have $$$ to burn buy SQL2000 or Oracle.

Or should I say $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ to burn?
