I have Windows 2000 and it already has this built-in feature to be able to read various languages on websites. Note, it is able to read different languages automatically but it can only read but not type it. My problem is, my internet browser can no longer encode Japanese characters like before. I changed my regional settings for my computer and that may be the reason. I tried changing it back but it was no good. Can anybody help? Thanks.
