CD drive question

Okay, a long time ago my cd drive busted while installing CS:S, and it just stopped working half way through. Now it only will play dvd's and nothing else. Anyway, what is a good affordable cd drive that can runs nice and smooth(fast too). Any help is much appreciated.

Man, I wish I could help you the only cd drives I've seen around here are at wal-mart.

Sounds like the cd drivers have been screwed up somewhere by the game you were installing, doubt if theres anything wrong with your cd drive.

agreed. Just try downloading the latest driver and it should be fixed
