24 beers signed up for the December 10 homebrew competition in Gothenburg on December 10, sweet, should be a good night

The Sassafras porter after 2 weeks was not enough co2, and only hints of sassafras, also very dry and bitter.

One week later is started getting better, so in another 2 weeks I hope for a huge sassafras character to have fun with all those tasters at the competition

32 homebrews signed up for our local winter competition

Last record for the winter one was 21!

Will have 4 hours of heavy fun come Saturday

44 beers signed up for the competition

In a normal Swedish championships there's 80 to 100 beers entered into "people's choice", so in this "small" local competition we'll have about half

Guess we'll all wake up rather tired on Sunday?

totally agree. if you want normal stuff, thousands of brewers around the world are selling it!

Seriously now, I'm sure you'll find it at Systembolaget or specialised shops, but if you don't pm, I'm sure we can arrange something.

I was curious and had to go to other end of town to get it, it may be a local brewery but it's not available everywhere.

We don't get much UK stuff other than some Fullers at Systembolaget and we have no shops other than Systembolaget

Feels like it can go two ways, either very tasty or horrible, I'm hoping tasty as hell

If Ratebeer member's views are anything to go by, most seem to think it's nice. But I tried another fruit combo (banana bread ale) and it was absolutely horrible!
