I think lubrication is the whole reason why these foods exist. Specially British Chip Shop food. There's that point where you are so drunk you will eat anything, as long as it is fast, bad for you, questionable in origin and cheap.

Proving my point. And the best hangover breakfast is leftover curry with pilau rice reheated in the microwave. Tastes much better than it originally did.

yeah mcdo poutine=fail

to get the best you have to go to the little casse-croutes (literal translation: break crust)...there are one or 2 quebec chains that make decent poutine, sometimes with added stuff like cut up hot dog and hamburger, chicken or spag sauce...
