Band question

Just wondering whats going on with the band. Last hear they were back in the studio, then nothing, no updates, are they still recording?
just frustrating when the band seems on the cusp of greatness then crash

Last thing I heard back in february was that they have finished songwriting and wanted to start recording sometime soon. They were aiming at a late 2005 release.
That's unfortunately all I know.
