Actually, it sposed to be like that... guess an english reinterpretation of the lyrics would help you. A translation won't help at all, as with almost all Rammstein-lyrics.

I've seen interviews where they've said they want to push the envelope and not care what people think about whatever people think their songs mean. They each have a different interpretation of each song.
