Cold as fuck and cut short

The last Anthrax gig I went to or Dan Nelsons tenure in Anthrax?! I hope they release worship music as it is. Having John Bush sing over erased tracks just sounds wierd.

Why would it sound weird? It's not like we've heard it with Dan's vox.....

What would be weird to me is Worship Music being released and then its tunes never played live with the singer who's on the record.

Got to disagree Alex, the next singer has to re-record the vocals.

Hopefully is Bush.

BTW, I'd like to see the return of 70's porn star bush. Guess I'm older than most of you guy's

I think it'd sound great with John Bush on vocals. Sure, it would be cool to hear what the album would have been with Dan, just for shits and giggles - but for a band who is moving forward, it would make all of the sense in the world to have their current singer on it - hopefully that ends up being John Bush. From what I've heard of the new stuff, it would sound phenominal with John Bush (especially the song Vampyres). He just fits Anthrax so well.

The main riff to "Vampyres" kicks my ass! That's the song I'm looking forward to the most.

I wonder what it would sound like if James Hetfield quit metallica to join Anthrax. Scott Ian and John Bush would then join Metallica.

hi,
hmmm this re-doing vocals thing makes me think of Black Sabbath. When Dan Spitz's brother Dave was with Iommi & co. they had singer called Ray Gillen - replaced Glenn Hughes during 7th Star -tour.
For some reason Ray quit during the recording sessions of their next album. He was replaced by Tony Martin who sang over Ray's vocal tracks...Black Sabbath - The Eternal Idol - with Ray Gillen's vocals is now collectors' item...somehow different versions of those songs leaked...so question is - when Worship Music's version with Dan's vocal track will leak ...and who will upload it to internet? ...

Smile Leak. Heh.

It just popped in my head about this whole "recording leak" business.

Perhaps this whole thing is some sneaky bullshit way of testing the waters in the music industry when it comes to altered music.

Just my .02

Hi!

I'm not a collector myself...I mean I do have all the albums and DVDs, but I don't collect Anthrax bootlegs etc...
For some reason now I'm curious to know whether Spreading The Disease songs with Matt Fallon on vocals are circulating among traders?
