I was pretty well impressed with them from Ola's demo. And I must add that I think they looking pretty damn sick as far as amps go.

It sounds like that amp has no balls. It's as if they took every thing I wouldn't like about a tone put it into one amp. The screechyness makes it seem like they are using a tin can and a tiny speaker for a cab.

Edit: ahjteam's vid makes it a bit more appealing, but it's still not the kinda of tone I would go for. Guess it's just personal preference.

I'm sure it has everything to do with the settings fred's using. Even so, the thing has loads of tone and screams

I too prefer Ola's clip better.. but god damn that has to be the most agressive tone i have ever heard in the Thorendal clip.

Oh yeah. Me too. but they're two completely different amps.

I love both of them equally, but when it comes down to it.. The Forza is pretty much perfect.

That's actually one reason I want one.. Oddly enough. I like the tone it pushes, and I like that it does't get oversaturated.. But I'm sure they can. Going to NAMM this year to find out though!

I never understood how people get such smooth tones from T75s, the Fredrik clip sounds awesome.

Maybe on its own, but in comparison to other T75 clips I've heard, it doesn't have that extreme boost in the 3-6khz region.

It's *extremely* smooth for a raw G12T-75 clip. It has some abrasive stuff going on in the high mids... but I mean, c'mon, that's the Chaosphere factor

The Thorendal clip is almost entirely the polar opposite of what I like in a guitar tone, but I'll admit it works for him/Meshuggah

And Ola's clip is cool, but agreed on the dryness

I think it's just that you've had better recorded tones in the past, Ola. You kinda set that bar yourself - not us, heheh.

Personally I think the Cobra tone you did seemed to record the best! (maybe because there's like no mids and it's all bass grind... mmmmm).

The cobra was just a lucky break , didn't like its tone that much. I just had a good recording day that day
