Can I ever?!

One of my favourite bands. Fantastic stuff... Best thing to come out of australia

Anyways, get their first album if you want a little bit more old school sense, with catchy songs.

Their second is their best in my opinion. It's got nasty nasty riffs, yet is very memorable.

Their third, I don't like as much because I dislike the production. It's still nasty and really technical. It's like an assault of riffage.

Gluck

Everything he just said.

If you had to get just the one album though go with the Sceptor of the Ancients. One of the most awesome vocal performances ever!

Seriously? I haven't heard the album but I've seen them live twice and the vocalit was terrible. 'Mouth' growls, no force behind them at all.

They changed vocalists after Scepter of the Ancients.

The only album of theirs I've got is Symbols of Failure, and I'd recommend it highly. Looks like I should be grabbing Scepter.. asap though.

Scepter of Ancients is one of my favorite dm albums of all-time. That vocalist is insane./....not too mention the musicianship...and that fucking drummer.

Different vocalist. He's not bad, but nothing special. Chalky on the other hand (who did vocals on Sceptor) is amazing, I highly recommend picking up a copy.
