Gateway songs to get into bands...
Say you are interested in a band and never heard them before but want THE song for you to hear to help you along.
For example:
Dimmu Borgir- "Blessings upon the Throne of Tyranny"
Enslaved- "Return to Yggsdrasil"
Thurisaz- "Point of no Return"
Opeth- "Deliverance"
Hypocrisy- "Fractured Millennium"
Agalloch - "In The Shadow Of Our Pale Companion"
Gojira - "Where Dragons Dwell"
Songs that show every aspect of the band and what they are capable of.

dude, hypocrisy is really great. there earlier shit is boring and lame b/c of the vocals but it all gets really amazing as the years go on. try listening to adjusting the sun or the north wind there awesome songs. |
