Testament is halfway between Megadeth and Metallica, but better than both.
Hard to say. I can't think of anything like that vocally and musically besides Megadeth and Metallica.

Besides the thrash four.
Also I tend to never think of Metallica or Megadeth. Testament has their own unique sound imo.

Anyhow, I can't think of anything especially like Testament, so I'm gonna give you the list of good thrash.

Death Angel
actually, I'm bored of the list. Necuratul should be along in a minute with a condescending remark and a monster list of stuff you can't find anywhere, so what's the point?
