particularly the vocals.
I already well know 61 of the 100 'similar artists' LastFM listed, and they aren't terribly similar in what I'm after.
any ideas much appreciated.
and I'll post the other 39 below, in case anyone knows them and thinks they'd be a good pick (being 56k I can't just stream 39 bands on a whim).

Menhir and Mael Mórdha also sometimes do similar vocals (they're probably better known groups...)

no problem. I can't compare them to Furthest Shore since I've never heard FS...so I think I'll check them out

I'm sure they wont be very similar...they're like 90th on this list of 'similar' stuff to FS..., but I like that genre (I looked em up on MA after you singled them out), so yea, dunno if you'll like FS.
