Specific request...
I'm looking for traditional doom that has a tendency to slowly build into a somewhat mid-paced song (kind of like a storm that slowly gets more violent) and then fade out into the slow crawl that it starts with. I'm kind of looking for that "epic" touch to it as well.
Example:
Reverend Bizarre - Council of Ten

Mourning Beloveth isn't traditional doom.

Did you get that Manilla Road song? It's not "doom" (didn't see that part of your request tbh) but the entire album owns your balls.

No but I'll get around to it. Everything I've heard by Manilla Road is ace.
