Happy Tunes
Yep, looking for songs that make you feel pumped, excited, or just generally cheer you up.
I expect many ironic replies.
Go.
Oh, and for the record, I was prompted to do this when I realized that Anaal Nathrakh's Final Absolution and Nick Drake's Pink Moon were both actually making me grin while I listened to them.

Fucking awesome song from a great album.
Also, any Freedom Call song.
"We are warriors! Born from the light!
An army for freedom, defenders of life!"
Every single song of theirs is like that. Very Euro-power.
I'd also suggest Turisas's "To Holmgard and Beyond."
And Kiuas:
Warrior Soul
Across the Snows
Race With the Falcons

hail!
Do you hear the clarion call?
it's calling out to one and all.
Who will live and who will fall?
who will walk the golden hall?
Do you hear the clarion call?
it's calling out to one and all.
Who is right and who is wrong
whose side is god really on!!

I actually meant the whole album - whole thing is really, really upbeat, even though the lyrics are grim. But the title track is the happiest.
Freedom call is a good call. Also, Edguy. Try "Trinidad"

Machinae Supremacy. Awesome power metal with chiptunes that no one here seems to have heard of. Very poppy, but I like it. Many of their lyrics are about nonconformity and confidence.
