Mastodon and Lamb of God.
Yeah I need some help. I've recently got into metal and im in love with mastodon and LOG. I really want to listen to another band. I need some recommendations.

Providing you haven't heard them you would probably like At The Gates/The Haunted/later Carcass/Quo Vadis/Baroness/Pelican as these bands are far more similar to LOG/Mastodon than anything else mentioned.
Oh and Xasthur suck.

thanks guys. Ill check those bands out. and i wouldnt mind listening to death metal. o yeah and does anyone know any good death metal bands with good drumming?
