These kids blew me away last month. No tuning on vocals at all. All live drums except kick (really crappy Peace kit, but the toms were decent. Snare was a 13" Tama brushed steel something or other. Very nice sounding!)

Playing and production is great, hopefully they'll develop a more original sound in time...

Further towards the other end of the spectrum, check this shit out: 15-18 year olds, some sloppy playing (particularly the intro track and the cringey clean vocals) but they've got massive creativity. Serious Atheist influence in here: http://angelgrave.bandcamp.com/

Also really tired of the "This is out Anthem, this is who we are, we will die fighting for what we believe in" Lyrics too.

I was enjoying it somewhat, (hate metalcore) considering their age, but yeah, the lyrics just make me want to punch babies.
