Be-lacquer, brutal hairspray of the stars. For a hold so strong not even windmills can break it.*

Is it really that hard for media to look up the right spelling of bands names. Airbourne isn't exactly a tricky word, but it's wrong every second time I see it.
At least they put the apostrophe in Be'lakor.

You'd think a metal show would be full of hilarious backstage anecdotes, crazy stories from the 'oldschool days', and actual NEWS from the local scene instead of just the same bullshit you can find on blabbermouth/etc. (Apart from the odd interesting interview of course.) |

I don't rate Andrew Haug as a presenter all that much, but I've been known to listen to the show once in a while.
A long time ago I discovered Gojira as a result of Full Metal Racket, after hearing Backbone. Wonder what tonight's playlist will be? |

Yeah, I used to listen a fair bit about 6 years ago, and I discovered quite a few new bands through it.
These days though, it seems that the internet is a more common and efficient way of finding new bands. I think Haugy does do quite a bit of good work for Aussie metal bands though. \m/

Not triple J, but still Be'lakor on the radio:
Apparently on PBS tonight, on their show "Metal Genesis", they will be playing Stone's Reach in its entirety! It's a longer show tonight and the host tells us that this is what she's planning on doing. So, if you're interested in this unusual event, tune into 106.7 PBSFM - I think it'll be played at around 2am :P Live stream here: http://www.pbsfm.org.au/public/playerVer/player.asp
